Description
The basic structure of the hydraulic liner hanger is shown in Figure 1. It consists of several parts: feeding tool, hanger, sleeve rubber plug short section, sleeve string, and collision pressure assembly. The accessories include pressure holding ball, liver drilling rubber plug, and ball fence.
Principle
The hanger is connected to the liner string and lowered to the sitting position. A pressure holding ball is inserted from the wellhead, and when the ball falls to the pressure holding support seat, the pressure is held from the wellhead. A pressure difference is formed between the inside and outside of the pipe, and the piston is pushed down to cut the hydraulic cylinder shear nail, driving the slip to move up along the cone and close to the inner wall of the upper casing. At this time, the pipe column is lowered to make the slip tooth stuck on the casing wall, achieving liner suspension. After sitting and hanging, apply pressure to hold the ball seat and open the circulation channel. The reverse connection between the forward drilling string and the hanger is used to prevent the loss of the liner after cementing.
Usage condition
1. The design hanging point position should avoid the upper casing coupling. Upper casing hanging point up and down 10.The pipe wall within a range of meters is clean, without hard adhesion, and the sleeve at the hanging point is not deformed. The inner diameter is more than 2mm smaller than the outer diameter of the hanger slip opening;
2. The wellbore is unobstructed, ensuring the smooth insertion of the tail pipe and hanger;
3. Ensure that the mud is clean, has strong suspension force, and does not precipitate heavier agents in a static state.

1. The sealing element is made of butadiene rubber and has a temperature resistance of 120 ℃.
