Description

Due to the wiping nature of the butterfly valve disc movement, most butterfly valves can be used for media with suspended solid particles. According to the strength of the sealing element, it can also be used for powdered and granular media.

With the application of synthetic rubber for chemical corrosion prevention in butterfly valves, the performance of butterfly valves has been improved. Due to the characteristics of corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, dimensional stability, good resilience, easy forming, and low cost, synthetic rubber with different performance can be selected according to different usage requirements to meet the operating conditions of butterfly valves.

Structure

Mainly composed of valve body, valve stem, butterfly plate, and sealing ring. The valve body is cylindrical in shape, with a short axial length and a built-in butterfly plate.

Application

Butterfly valves are suitable for flow regulation. Taking DN1000 as an example, the butterfly valve is about 2T, while the gate valve is about 3.5T, and the butterfly valve is easy to combine with various driving devices, with good durability and reliability.
