Hydraulic diaphragm metering pump, one kind of plunger diaphragm metering pump, is a metering pump designed by combining the characteristics of plunger metering pump and diaphragm metering pump. The contact part between the metering pump and the metered medium is a diaphragm, while the driving part is a hydraulic plunger.

Working principle

The basic working principle is similar to that of plunger pump. The reciprocating motion of the plunger pushes the hydraulic oil, and the hydraulic oil pushes the diaphragm to do reciprocating motion to realize the suction and discharge of the medium.

The plunger of the pump reciprocates with a certain stroke, and the hydraulic oil is squeezed into the diaphragm chamber and pushed out of the diaphragm. The diaphragm is a movable partition between the hydraulic oil and the conveying liquid. When the plunger moves forward, it pushes the hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil acts on the diaphragm, and the liquid is discharged through the outlet check valve. During suction, the pump plunger will take the oil out of the diaphragm to move the diaphragm and suck the liquid through the inlet check valve to complete the continuous transmission of liquid.
