Description

Drill pipe centralizer is designed for one-time cementing. It is suitable for vertical wells, inclined wells and horizontal wells. It has low starting force and high restoring force, and is used to keep the casing in the center of the wellbore. 

There are many kinds of drill pipe centralizer , such as bow spring centralizers,hinge bow centralizer, sliding sleeve bow spring centralizer, single piece centralizer, etc., with sizes from 4-1 / 2 to 20 inches. The bow spring centralizer meets API 10d standard and is equipped with a professional restoring force testing machine for testing. The bow spring centralizer adopts powder baking or high temperature baking paint coating to ensure its dust-proof function.

Features

Hinge double bow spring centralizer is used for casing centralization and positioning in wellbore. In order to prevent casing sticking against the well wall, make casing leave the well wall and center, and make cement slurry solidify evenly in the annular gap between casing and well wall, so as to ensure cementing quality. The outer diameter of centralizer is equal to or slightly larger than the hole size, which makes the starting force very small and reduces the casing running resistance. The double bow spring casing adopts double bow spring sheet, which can improve the reset force and bear the lateral force of various complex conditions, meeting the construction requirements of highly deviated wells and horizontal wells.

This is a key step in high-quality cementing because the lack of proper centralization can lead to serious cementing problems, including lack of delamination isolation and improper casing support. The arch centralizer makes the cement evenly distributed around the casing. The degree of casing alignment depends on the performance of the centralizer and the distance between the centralizers installed on the outer diameter of the casing.
