Piston

The piston of the mud pump consists of a piston core, piston rubber, pressure plate, and retaining spring. The piston rod is connected to the middle pull rod through a clamp, and the piston and piston rod are connected as a whole using a piston nut.

The piston core is made of high-quality forged steel, and the piston rubber is made of specially made nitrile rubber, which is heat-resistant, oil resistant, and water resistant. The vulcanized integrated polyurethane piston is a type of piston that directly vulcanizes the piston rubber onto the piston core without the need for pressure plates and retaining springs. It is suitable for various types of mud, especially for high-pressure jet drilling and ceramic cylinder liners. Can be interchanged with assembled pistons.

Type of Rubber 

The vulcanized integrated rubber piston rubber is made of specially made nitrile rubber, which is heat-resistant, oil resistant, and water resistant, suitable for working conditions such as high pressure and long stroke, especially suitable for cylinder liners with certain wear.

1.Standard type

Produced rubber are made of imported nitrile rubber, suitable for ordinary drilling environments with working pressure below 20Mpa, and working temperature not exceeding 120 ℃. Excellent wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, with a service life of about 260 hours in ordinary drilling environments.

2.High temperature and high sulfur type.

It is produced using hydrogenated nitrile rubber, suitable for high temperature, high pressure, and high corrosion working environments. The working pressure is 75Mpa, and the working temperature can reach 150 ℃. Hydrogenated nitrile rubber is a type of rubber used in aviation. In recent years, hydrogenated nitrile rubber has been used in the petroleum industry and has excellent wear resistance, oil resistance, and chemical resistance. Its amine resistance and steam resistance are very good. Especially in high-temperature and high-pressure working environments, other rubbers quickly break down under the action of hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, methane, steam, and acid, but hydrogenated nitrile rubber exhibits good comprehensive performance.

3.Enhanced  type

The material is high-strength nitrile rubber produced, which has excellent oil resistance and wear resistance, and excellent comprehensive strength. Working temperature not exceeding 120 ℃, suitable for oil-based mud with working pressure below 35Mpa and working environments with high sand content.
