Description

Ball valves emerged in the 1950s, and with the rapid development of science and technology, their production process and structure have been continuously improved, rapidly developing into a major type of API 6D valve.

On a global scale, ball valves are widely used in industries such as petroleum refining, long-distance pipelines, chemicals, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, water conservancy, electricity, municipal engineering, and steel, playing a crucial role in the national economy. It can rotate 90 degrees, and the plug body is a sphere with a circular through-hole or channel passing through its axis.

Ball valves can be used for fluid regulation and control, among which the hard sealed V-shaped ball valve has a strong shear force between its V-shaped core and the metal valve seat welded with hard alloy, especially suitable for media containing fibers, small solid particles, etc. The multi way ball valve can not only flexibly control the convergence, diversion, and flow direction switching of the medium on the pipeline, but also close any channel and connect the other two channels.
